At Happy Kurta, we strive to deliver premium quality traditional wedding wear. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags must be intact
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size issues or eligible products, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- Customized or altered items are not eligible
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or stitched products
- Worn or used items
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping may be arranged by us or may need to be handled by the customer depending on the case. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue is from our side.
