1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized products, discounted items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description before purchase.

2. How to Return or Exchange

  • Step 1: Contact us at hello@happykurta.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Step 2: We will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with a return authorization (if applicable).
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
  • Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Step 5: Once we receive the item, we will process the return or exchange request. If you are opting for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item based on stock availability.

3. Condition for Returns and Exchanges

  • The returned item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags and packaging.
  • If the item is damaged, stained, or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. If the return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the item will be returned to you at your cost.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or color preference, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Sale/Discounted Items

  • Sale or discounted items can be returned or exchanged, but the product must meet the return criteria outlined above.
  • Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for further discounts in exchanges.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund for the defective item. Please attach photos of the damaged product in your email for quicker processing.
